CT width 450mm - 500x150mm Intumescent Cable Tray Sleeve

The ASTROflame range of ASTRO CT Cable Tray Sleeves are intended for use where a cable tray passes through a fire rated wall or floor. The sleeve reinstates the fire rating of the wall or floor which would otherwise be lost. In the event of a fire, the advanced ASTRO CT Cable Tray Sleeve will expand with the heat, closing off any holes or gaps to the fire for at least 2 hours. The Fire Cable Tray Sleeves are available to fit all cable tray sizes.

2 Hour fire rating to BS 476
Suitable for use through a wide range of fire partition walls and floors.
Offers excellent acoustic insulation.
Maintains the thermal insulation of the wall or floor.
Cost effective: easily cut to inimize wastage, no mastic or foam is required, reducing on site time.
Suitable for retro fitting.
Sleeve can be easily fitted only requiring access from one side.
Allows thermal movement.
Simple to install without special tools or skills.
