Intumescent Telescopic Letter Box (Fire/Smoke/Acoustic)
Tested to BS 476 PART 22 for 30 or 60 minutes fire rating. Tested to BS EN 20140-10. Tested to BS EN ISO140 - Rw 29dB acoustic rating.
Adjustable door thickness from 42-47mm(30mins) & 52-57mm(60mins). Supplied complete with internal flap and aperture liner. Fire, Smoke & Acoustic in one system. Cut out dimension is 270x60mm.
The intumescent telescopic letter box system range is specially designed to increase the safety, comfort and security of occupants against Fire, Smoke and Noise Pollution.
The range includes models which are either fire & smoke rated from 30 minutes to 1 hour particularly suitable for multiple occupancy residential buildings.
The telescopic letter box FSA also carries an Acoustic rating to 29db/Rw sound reduction criteria as outlined in Approved Document E for door sets. Tested to BS EN SO 140 it achieved better results than the standardised filly caulked benchmark test.
30 minute version available in polished silver or gold anodised aluminium.
60 minute version available in brushed and polished stainless steel, polished brass.
