Delivery Policy
Expected Delivery Within 1 - 5 Working Days subject to availability.
PO BOX's We do not deliver to PO box numbers.
Overseas We do not deliver to outside the UK at the moment.
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 12:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 12:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. Most orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £15 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.
Refunds Policy
Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Service, Fireguard Products & Services Ltd, 4 Sandbeds Court, Sandbeds Trading Estate, Ossett, WF5 9ND, West Yorkshire, UK or fax us on 01924 270841. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
Damaged Goods
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Service on 01924 277923 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact Customer Care on 01924 277923 and we will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
